I was told to leave my emotions outside the meeting room, and I remember vividly how I felt that I’m gonna suffocate any minute. The sense of betrayal was real.

I didn’t know that when I came home that I get to step out of the masculine and into the relaxing feminine to recharge and focus on nourishing my sensitive body and soul.

It took me a long time to step out of that performance addiction and allowing myself to slow down.

Module 1 - Welcome Call & Intentional Prayer

You’ll meet your new sister group for the first time with a powerful welcome and intention ritual to set the tone for the upcoming journey. Aleah will open our sacred field of healing and transformation and establish our code of honor.

Module 2 - The Invocation Of The Sacred Feminine

There are many myths as to what it means to embody the innate feminine. It surely does not mean to just wear white dresses and dance around the fire chanting. During this call we’ll deeply explore what it truly means to live from your gracious feminine core, and why it’s so important. You’ll receive an exquisite meditation created and recorded by Aleah for the week ahead to deepen and anchor this beautiful initiation.

Module 3 - The Wounded/Shadow Feminine

During this call we’ll explore the shadow of the wounded feminine. For our healthy feminine to bein the driver seat, we need a deeper understanding about how we’ve been wounded. What painful past events made us feel unsafe within our body.There is no journey into the light without first addressing the shadow, and we’ll do that gently and softly together.

Module 4 - The Shadow Of Dishonor

This call will be about emotional accountability and energetic responsibility that will empower you to stop any self-betrayal or dishonour. We’ll learn how to sublimate difficult emotional states to step out of projection and into a deeper accountability. This is a kiss of grace and a beautiful practice in surrender and a deeper level of acceptance.

Module 5 - The Embodiment Of Self-Love

Aleah will go deeply into the difference between living and loving based on worthiness or unresolved wounding. You’ll also learnhow to nourish a loving relationship with yourself and how to choose love over fear.

Module 6 - Breaking The Toxic Cycle Of Shame-Based Living

Shame is something we all know deeply and no one wants to talk about. Shame is what keeps us hiding from expressing our true essence. If you’re not okay with who you are, how can others ever be? In this call we’ll dive into the toxic aspects of shame or increase our awareness around the subject. Aleah’s powerful meditation on shame will accompany you throughout the week.

Module 7 - Become Your Own Mother

Deep within you there’s a little girl (an inner child) seeking recognition and (re)connection. She’s been longing to connect with you since forever, but you might not always pay attention to her. She’s gonna keep showing up in hope for you to finally give her the unconditional love she always deserved. Parent her with grace, and she’ll give way to an ever more luminous woman shining brighter than ever.

Module 8 - Healthy Boundaries For High-Sensitive Empaths

Chances are that you are a high-sensitive empath that has troubles with healthy boundaries. Well, I know a thing or two about that. In this call we’ll look at the wheel of consent and healthy boundaries to ensure that we find a better balance in giving/receiving and less overwhelm in our daily life.

Module 9 - Embodied Feminine Living

How can we create a life where we manage to switch from the masculine into the feminine with more ease and flow? It takes daily feminine practice to do so, and you get to create one that feels aligned to you. This call will be filled with practical tools and tips that will allow you to keep honoring your deep feminine core.

Module 10 - Integration & Celebration

We’ll use this call to reflect on our journey, and look at all the positive changes and break-throughs that you’ve experienced. We’ll also close any open loops or questions and round up with a beautiful integration ritual. After this call we’ll keep the group open for another 2 weeks so you don’t feel that it’s ending too abruptly.
